RETURN POLICY Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything possible to insure that your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving it for return authorization. All items must be received back in their original condition to receive credit. Paper, idea books, sale items, pens, and cut ribbon cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is at customer expense.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours, most orders within 24 hours. With the exception of heavy order flow, weekends and Holidays. We ship via USPS, Priority Mail. Whenever possible, we add Delivery Confirmation on each order. This is offered at no additional cost. Scrappers Cove cannot be held responsible for any lost orders once they have left our shipping department. If you are concerned about possible loss of your package, insurance is highly recommended. Please note that you would like to add shipping insurance onto your package and we will update you with the additional cost.

$20-39.99 in merchandise = $5.50 shipping
$40-49.99 in merchandise = $6.50 shipping
$50 or more in merchandise = FREE Shipping
BACK ORDERS
We do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. However, out of stock conditions do occasionally exist.
If you order items that are currently not in stock, we will email you and ask if you would like the order processed as:
a partial order of the in stock items, with out of stock items sent as a separate shipment once they become available. No additional shipping charges will apply. OR
a partial order of the in stock items, with out of stock items removed from your order.
